This series was captured in the Tucson Barrio Historico. This area is the original part of Tucson, AZ and has for me
an interesting mix of restored and needing to be restored. Each house is a different color and the colors are vibrant.
These photographs are all from an area of about 8 square blocks and they were taken in the early evening as sunset approached.
Notice the long shadows on some of the photographs. At this time of the evening the businesses at the northern end of
the neighborhood are closed and people are returning home to their residences in the neighborhood. I encountered many
people walking or biking through. The people are friendly, this area is photographed often and frequently used for engagement
pictures by local photographers.
